  • How do you get past the point where one show ends and you know there is another? How long?
  • What is it about this job that drives you? That keeps you coming back?
  • What about being a Stage Manager gives you the most satisfaction?
  • How does being a Stage Manager affect your life outside of the theatre? Do the hours allow a social and/or family life?
  • What are daily challenges in this career during pre-rehearsal, rehearsal, and production? Dealing with actors/designers/directors? Any advice?
